Joshua Hmar is a 17 year-old student coming from the Hmar tribe of the Mizo community with a burning passion for politics, history and social studies. Witnessing the everyday challenges of the Wesean society, he seeks to contribute and build bridges of unity between the people. He believes that the unity and duty of the people will contribute to a future where all people of Wesea will thrive together.
Vice President
Pravarkar Talukdar is a 16-year-old grade 10 student from Assam and has hobbies such as mountain biking, chess, game development, and 3D designing. He is also skilled in calisthenics and sprinting, where he always desires to do better. Being the brainchild of Wesean High School Forum (WHSF) website, Pravarkar merges his technical expertise with leadership to enable students to unite and foster cooperation in society.
General Secretary
Laishram Bullion is a 15-year-old Meitei student residing in Imphal, Kangleipak. He has a strong passion for politics, war, and cuisine. He is interested academically in Kanglei nationalism in history development, in government models, and in contemporary political theories. His goal is to work on Kangleipak's political identity, solidify indigenous Meitei culture, and unite WESEA's composite societies towards harmony and prosperity of the region.
Joint Secretary
Noanchi Marak is from Tura, West Garo Hills, and is highly interested in astrophysics, particularly the research on exoplanets and the examination of their atmospheres to ascertain their habitability. She is interested in the methods employed to detect exoplanets using techniques such as the transit and radial velocity methods. Noanchi spends her late nights staring at the stars, gazing at the evening sky to monitor celestial movement. She also paints in her spare time and is a graphic designer at The Wesean Times.
Secretary of Administrative Affairs
Ferdinand Sangma is a 15-year-old from Nongalbibra, East Garo Hills, Meghalaya. He has a keen interest in physics and more so in the interaction of magnetism and ferrimagnetic minerals in rocks. His passion lies primarily in how magnetic domains orient in naturally magnetized minerals such as magnetite and hematite when exposed to the geomagnetic field of the Earth. He wishes to explore the physics of rock magnetism and paleomagnetism and the implications on geology that emerge therefrom.
Speaker
Martha Koijam Haokip, 14, is an enthusiastic political theory student with a keen interest in Kanglei nationalism and Zo people's reunification movement. Highly interested in the politics of Manipur, she examines the intersection of identity, governance, and economic interdependence under Commercial Peace Theory. She draws inspiration from the works of Joseph Schumpeter and Norman Angell. Beyond academics, Martha is an avid polo player, accepting the strong horse-riding tradition of her people, and the vice president of her school dance club. With a historically sensitive heart and an understanding of the concerns of the present moment, she hopes to contribute in building a greater understanding and unity amongst the people of Manipur that is Kangleipak.
Public Relations Director
Zamkhup Tonsing is 16-year-old Paite (Zomi) from Lamka, Manipur. He is committed to the Zo reunification movement. Committed to bringing harmony among his people, he is active in making people aware of the issues of the Zo people in Manipur. Apart from reunification, he would like to establish a future where all the tribes in the area are Weseans first and enjoy harmony and respect. With his work, Zamkhup seeks to introduce sustainable peace and more solid inter-ethnic relations into the region.
Welfare Secretary
Narola Jamir is a 16-year-old Grade 10 Ao Naga student from Nagaland who is passionate about research and community development. Her research interest domains include climate change, botany, and orchid conservation, particularly focusing on Dendrobium nobile and Cymbidium bicolor, two endangered orchid species of Nagaland. Her research examines the environmental consequences of climate change on orchid habitats. She is also involved in women's policy advocacy, peacebuilding, and is an active debater.
Education Secretary
Estelle Kipgen is a 14-year-old Kuki-Zo (Zou) student from Manipur with a keen interest in social studies, particularly Political Methodology and political theories, identifying as a constructivist, in terms of political school of thought. Beyond academics, she enjoys playing badminton and football and is an ardent supporter of Chelsea FC.

Muang is a 16-year-old Tedim/Zomi-Chin from the USA and a firm Zo reunification activist. Unifying his people, he never fails to involve himself in projects that promote cultural and political connections within society. As a committed volunteer, he also aspires to be part of lasting innovations towards making it a reality. With her present role as a Social Media Coordinator, Muang raises awareness, shares knowledge, and brings like minds together in working towards a single vision using online platforms.
